Connect your Sublime Security instance to gain deeper insight into how emails are evaluated before reaching the mailbox, including any rules triggered.
Prerequisites
- A Sublime Security account (SaaS or self-hosted)
- An API key generated from Sublime (see Sublime docs)
- The email address validated in delivr.to
Setup Steps
1. Navigate to Settings
Go to Integrations in your settings.
2. Select Your Validated Email
In the Security Tool Integrations section, select the validated email you want to integrate with Sublime.
3. Integrate with Sublime
Click Integrate with Sublime.
4. Enter API Credentials
Enter your Sublime API key and instance URL.
Note: For the primary SaaS version of Sublime, the URL is
https://api.platform.sublimesecurity.com.
5. Confirm Success
Click Add New to save the integration. If all has gone well, you will see your validated email listed as Active.
Troubleshooting
| Issue | Solution |

| Authentication fails | Verify the API key is correct and has not expired |
| Wrong instance URL | Ensure you’re using the full API URL (include https://) |
| Status stuck on Pending | Re-enter your credentials and try again |
| No results appearing | Confirm the validated email matches the mailbox Sublime is monitoring |
