Custom branding is a feature available to all Enterprise customers.

The delivr.to logo is included on all payloads sent by the platform, and the sending address is always no-reply@delivrto.me. Enterprise customers are able to customise these settings so that delivr.to can be re-branded and re-sold, ideal for consultancies who are looking to incorporate delivr.to into their existing service offerings.


Uploading custom logo

  • Visit the Branding section under Team
  • Drag & drop your logo into the input field, or click Browse. Only .PNG files are accepted, and the recommended size is 125px (H) by 300px (W).
  • Click Submit and you will be notified when the logo has been successfully applied
  • All subsequent campaigns sent by your team will include this logo

Removing custom logo

  • Visit the Branding section under Team
  • Click Reset and you will be notified when the logo has been removed
  • All subsequent campaigns sent by your team will now use the default logo

Changing the sender address

It is possible to change the address that delivr.to uses to send its payloads, allowing you to ‘bring your own sender’. This is ideal for consultancies who wish to rebrand delivr.to.

Validated senders are configured during the Enterprise onboarding phase, and can’t be configured directly in the UI. If you are an existing Enterprise customer, please contact support@delivr.to and we’ll be happy to onboard additional validated senders for you.
